3. Account Eligibility
To register and maintain an active Account on the Platform, you must satisfy the following eligibility criteria at all times:
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or applicable law in your country of residence, whichever is greater. bets77 is strictly an adults-only platform. 3.2 Legal Capacity

3.3 One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. 3.4 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email and, where required, payment details. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
3.5 Local Law Compliance
By registering, you represent that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. Pakistani users are advised that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 restricts gambling activities. bets77 does not represent that use of this Platform is legal in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Your compliance with local law is entirely your responsibility.
If you are currently self-excluded from any gambling platform or have requested exclusion from bets77 in the past, you are not eligible to register a new account. Circumventing a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.
4. Registration & KYC
Registration requires the submission of personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a password of your choosing. By submitting this information, you consent to its use for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4.1 Identity Verification
bets77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations. Users may be required to submit identity documents — such as a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued identification — prior to first withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or at any time the operator deems verification necessary.

5. Acceptable Use
The Platform is made available for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. By accessing the Platform you agree to use it in a lawful, ethical and responsible manner. The following activities are expressly prohibited:
- Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful in your jurisdiction of residence;
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, arbitrage betting or matched betting using bonus funds in a manner contrary to these Terms;

- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technology.
bets77 reserves the right to void any bets or transactions and/or suspend accounts where the above conduct is detected, suspected or reported.
6. Deposits & Payments
Deposits to your bets77 account must be made using payment methods currently listed in the live Cashier. Available methods are subject to change at any time without prior notice and may vary by user location, account verification status and applicable policies of the payment provider.
6.1 Payment Method References
The Platform references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — solely to indicate potential familiarity for Pakistani users. bets77 does not represent that these providers endorse, facilitate or support gambling transactions. Users must verify with their own payment provider whether gambling-related transactions are permitted under the provider's terms of service and applicable law before initiating any deposit.
6.2 Minimum Deposits
Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the live Cashier for each available method. Deposits below the stated minimum may not be processed. All amounts are displayed in PKR.
6.3 Currency
Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of processing. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the User.
6.4 Deposit Responsibility
All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your account, is prohibited and may constitute money laundering under applicable law.

7. Withdrawals

7.2 Method Matching
Where operationally feasible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. bets77 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method where this is required for compliance, fraud prevention or operational reasons.
7.3 Withdrawal Limits
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per defined time period. These limits are detailed in the live Cashier and are subject to change. Account tier (Silver, Gold, Platinum) may affect applicable withdrawal limits.
7.4 Right to Request Additional Verification
bets77 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal where this is deemed necessary for compliance, fraud prevention or identity confirmation purposes. Failure to provide requested documents in a timely manner may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
8. Bonuses & Promotions
bets77 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards and referral bonuses. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms.
8.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (or combined deposit and bonus amount). Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are not eligible for withdrawal until the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements, eligible games and contribution rates for each game category will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
8.2 Bonus Expiry
Bonuses and free bets have defined expiry periods. Unused bonus funds or free bet credits that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account without compensation.
8.3 Promotional Eligibility
bets77 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions may be restricted by account tier, geographic location, deposit history or payment method used. Unless otherwise stated, promotions are available to one Account per person, household, device and IP address.
8.4 Abuse of Promotions
Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, multi-accounting to claim bonuses more than once, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bets77 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds, void related winnings and close the account of any User found to have abused promotional terms.
8.5 Referral Bonuses
Refer A Friend rewards are available to eligible Users at the Gold and Platinum tier levels, subject to the referred person completing the required verification steps and making a qualifying deposit. Fraudulent referrals — including self-referral via secondary accounts — will be reversed and may result in account suspension.
9. Betting Rules
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game or market, as published in the applicable rules section of the Platform. The following general principles apply to all wagering activity.
9.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet is only accepted and confirmed when a bet confirmation reference is issued by the Platform. Displaying a bet on the bet slip does not constitute acceptance. bets77 reserves the right to reject any bet or limit stake amounts at its sole discretion and without the obligation to provide reasons.
9.2 Pricing Errors
In the event that odds or casino game parameters are published in error due to a technical fault, human error or data feed failure, bets77 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous prices, regardless of whether the bet has been settled, at any time after the error is discovered. Winnings paid in respect of such bets may be reclaimed from the User's account.
9.3 In-Play Betting
Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension, modification and premature settlement based on the status of the underlying event. bets77 accepts no liability for delays in updating live odds that may result in a bet being accepted at a price no longer reflective of real-time conditions.
9.4 Cricket & Pakistan Market Specifics
PSL, ICC and bilateral series markets are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform. Bets on matches abandoned or reduced in overs may be subject to special settlement rules as detailed in the cricket betting rules section.
9.5 Casino Games
Casino games, including live dealer games and slots, are governed by the rules of the individual game as published by the game provider. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Outcomes in RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generators.
10. Responsible Gambling

The bets77 name, logo and associated marks are trademarks of the operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bets77 shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings, profits or anticipated savings;
- Loss of data or corruption of User data;
- Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors or interruption of service;
- Losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from User negligence;
- Losses arising from a User's failure to comply with applicable local law.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bets77's aggregate liability to any individual User shall not exceed the value of funds held in that User's account at the time the claim arises.
bets77 makes no representation that the Platform is available for use in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability for use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.
13. Account Suspension & Closure
bets77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including bonus abuse, multi-accounting or chargebacks;
- Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading registration information;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
- Detection of prohibited automated activity or third-party tools;
- Where required by applicable law, court order or regulatory direction;
- Inactivity in excess of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy may apply).
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (net of pending bonus obligations) will be returned to the User via a suitable payment method. Where closure is due to confirmed fraud or breach, bets77 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.
Users wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Self-exclusion closure requests are given the highest processing priority.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bets77 is licensed and incorporated.
